Our vision is to offer an excellent service to our clients, providing them with the strategies and technical services they need to deliver on their critical projects. Not only will we ensure that their data is managed to the highest standard we will also look to help and advice on other project areas to assist in their delivery.
Led by James and Steve, two industry veterans, the Binary10 team cares deeply about our clients and the projects we work on. We are passionate that we make a difference, which means that we do everything in our power to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and with the outcomes everyone expected.
We do this by merging deep insight in the field with the attitude and desire to work with the people that form the project teams. By focusing on the human element of data migration, not just the technical side we achieve successful projects and happy clients. We only win if you win!
Meet The Team
History
Binary10 came to life in 2017 when James and Steve realised a problem they’d been solving on an ad hoc basis was an industry wide issue.

Data migration projects were a success or failure based largely on the quality of the data extracted from the legacy system. While SI’s focused most of their attention on the target system, clients were left trying to organise, cleanse and enhance existing data sources before the Extract phase of ETL.
It was a job they weren’t ready for. Manual processes as part of ad hoc projects were not a recipe for success.
Feedback on project after project from clients was “data migration was a nightmare”. After all, if they could easily improve the quality of their existing data, they would have done that as part of their business as usual.
Step forward James and Steve. With a track record of delivering many successfully large scale data projects, they came together to create a repeatable methodology that can save clients time and stress, while improving outcomes for SI’s and project teams.

Our systematic approach to analysis, cleansing and enhancement of data ahead of the cut over to the new system has been honed and improved over the years. We’re now confident that our blend of process and expert people can work on projects of all sizes and complexity, while delivering positive outcomes.
